1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and k9999 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the k9999 website at https://k9999.vin, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and support facilities made available through the platform.

Player Responsibilities

Account Closure

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though k9999 may apply enhanced KYC review to deposits above certain thresholds.
• Deposits are credited to the player account within seconds of confirmed wallet transaction. k9999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account review and potential suspension.
• k9999 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Your wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. k9999 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the account has not previously been fully verified.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or public holidays.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The following general conditions apply to all k9999 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Players found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using third-party software to game bonus mechanics — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account permanently closed.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on k9999 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are governed by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. k9999 does not control game outcomes and acts solely as a distributor of third-party game content. Players acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting — is determined by certified RNG or by real-world event results independent of k9999's control.
• Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual player's return in a given session.

• Threatening, harassing or abusing k9999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

k9999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to investigations involving money laundering, fraud, underage gambling and other illegal activities connected to player accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the k9999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, logo, brand name, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of k9999 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of k9999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k9999 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from a player's use of the platform, including but not limited to:
